Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your appointment, I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice prior to your treatment(s). Please understand that when an appointment is cancelled at short notice, I may miss the opportunity to fill that time slot. Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the booked treatment(s).

I do of course understand that unavoidable issues may arise and I will do my best to accommodate you.
